● Leads quality operations on Product & Compliance on his/her scope.

在他/她的范围内领导产品和合规的质量操作。

● Responsible for leading Quality Management function and secure overall quality, safety and reliability. Review process of products to ensure the compliance of Company /customers standard.

负责领导质量管理部门，确保整体质量、安全和可靠性。审核产品流程以确保符合公司/客户标准。

● Present timely, concise reports. Drive failure analysis, corrective action implementation plan.

提供及时、简明的报告。驱动故障分析，纠正措施实施计划。

● Monitor closely quality performance.

密切监控质量绩效。

● Evaluate and measure all suppliers and recommend separation when failed to improve. Identify and record supplier quality performance and problems by scorecard; propose solutions to any non-conformities in relation to inspection and quality system.

对所有供应商进行评估和衡量，如果未能改善，建议分离。通过记分卡识别和记录供应商的质量表现和问题；对任何与检验和质量体系有关的不符合项提出解决方案。

● Set up, assist and help factories to improve quality for the long term. Review supplier’s quality system, in process quality control plan, in-coming inspection process and out-going inspection plan.

建立、协助和帮助工厂长期提高质量。审核供应商的质量体系，过程质量控制计划，进货检验过程和出货检验计划。

● Monitor supplier quality performance to ensure it meets or exceeds company KPI.

监控供应商的质量表现，确保其达到或超过公司的KPI。

● Ensure Quality performance and Management System compliance by audit and follow up with corrective/preventive actions and continues improvement.

通过审核确保质量绩效和管理体系符合要求，跟踪纠正/预防措施并持续改进。

领导质量团队管理整个工作过程，确保目标的实现和程序的遵循。

● Leading quality team to manage entire work process to ensure targets are achieved and procedures are followed.

Requirements/要求：

● Bachelor or above, Engineering degrees.

本科及以上学历，工程专业。

● +8 years working experience in Quality Control (outdoor products, kitchen, plastic and sheet metal work) +6 years in management role.

8年以上品控工作经验（户外产品，厨房，塑料，钣金）+6年管理工作经验。

● Basic production and manufacturing knowledge (plastic/metal/textiles).

具备基本的生产和制造知识（塑料/金属/纺织品）。

● Experience in working with vendors/manufacturers.

有与供应商/制造商合作的经验。

● Strong communication skills (in both Mandarin & English) - verbal, written and executive presentations.

较强的沟通能力（普通话和英语）-口头，书面和行政报告。

● Working experience with OEMs is a must.

必须有oem的工作经验。

● Excellent problem-solving skills.

出色的解决问题的能力。

● Periods travel required (up to 50%).

需要出差（高达50%）。
