高级项目采购工程师

1.Purchasing representative in new project teams, restructuring & localization projects, external procurement part projects.

负责新项目采购，本地化采购项目以及外部第三方采购；

2. Implementation of relocation and purchasing ratio project with the PUR team.

负责实施降本项目的具体工作；

3. Checking specifications and special characteristics for risk analysis together with R&D and PUQ.

负责新项目物料的供应商筛选工作，并组织sourcing meeting;

4. Determine Q requirements in technical talks with suppliers (e.g. TSR input regarding tolerances, process capability, machine capability, process layout, test planning, measuring capability etc.)

负责确认物料的规格，特性，并同研发部门以及供应商品质部门进行风险分析;

5. Procurement of prototypes, initial samples, and *** serial delivery for C D samples.

负责和组织相关部门与供应商对新项目进行技术讨论;

6. Control initial sample approval process (dimensions, function, material, process).

负责样品，试产物料；

7. Control series start-up until project handover

控制物料转入SOP后的交接工作；

8. The other tasks assigned by HoD.

完成由部门经理分配的其他工作。

Job Requirement

-Bachelor or above, prefer mechanical major

机械专业，本科及以上学历

-6-8 year working experience in international company preferred

6-8年外资企业采购工作经验

-Familiar with cost estimation of mechanical / plastic commodities

熟悉采购相关流程，机械、注塑件的成本控制

-Specialized in plastic material cost analysis

精通塑料件的成本分析

-Office, SAP

良好的办公自动化技能 (excel, word, ppt)，熟悉SAP系统

-Fluent both in oral and written English

流利的英语及汉语口语和书写能力
