Customs Specialist 报关员

1.Handle the daily customs operations independently

独立处理日常报关事宜。

2.Prepare documentation/license related to import/export

准备进出口相关的文件与证件。

3.Comply with the requirement of China customs and enforce and maintain the customs system.

遵守中国海关的要求，执行和维护海关系统。

4.Reconcile the customs transactions with accounting/finance as needed.

按需协调好财务事宜与海关事务。

5.Maintain import/export declaration records.

做好进出口报关纪录。

6.Maintain product classification database

管理产品数据库。

7.Provide supervisors and other departments with good advice and ideas on customs issues.

就海关问题向主管和其它部门提供好的建议和想法。

8.Understand AEO standards and operate according to AEO standards.

了解AEO标准,并按照AEO的标准进行操作。

任职资格：

1.College certificate and customs related certificate such as customs clearance certificate, Verification certificate etc.

大学学历，有相关的证书如报关员资格证等。

2.1 year’s working experience in the field of Customs.

报关领域1年以上工作经验。

3.Good command of computer knowledge, Microsoft software skills

良好的电脑操作及办公软件使用技能。

本岗位要求每季度末出货高峰期能接受2周左右夜班，有相关倒班津贴。
