喷漆技术经理 /Painting technical manager

1.本科及以上学历，8年以上喷涂工作经验，3年以上管理经验.

Bachelor's degree or above, 8+ years of experience in spraying, and 3 years of management experience.

2.熟悉汽车部件喷漆流程；

Be familiar with the painting process of automotive parts;

3.良好的英语听说读写；

Good command Both Oral and written English skill;

4.熟悉TS16949及ISO18000体系；

Familiar with TS16949 and ISO18000 System;

5.良好的解决问题、人际交往及领导能力。

Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.

岗位职责：

1. 主导喷漆技术能力的提升与创新，以支持喷漆运营工作的业务提升；

Leading painting technical improvement and innovation, support to overall enhance painting operation

performance;

2. 喷漆技术人员的技术能力培训与提升；

Response for painting technical people training and skill enhancement;

3. 保证喷漆开发和生产的精准性，即与公司及客户要求一致；

Ensure the painting development and production accuracy & data consistency between physical requirements from customer and internal company.

4. 建立和维护一个良好的团队环境，并激励团队，发展团队成员；

Establish and maintain a good teamwork environment & motivate the team members;

5. 拥有良好的喷漆技能，知识和态度去有效地贡献生产和利益的***化；

Have the relevant painting skills, knowledge and attitude to contribute effectively to maximize productivity and profit.

6. 主导过程异常的分析与改善，不断提高喷漆的良率，降低喷漆成本；

Response for process issue root cause identify and improvement, continuously improve painting FTQ and cost;

7. 和客户保持良好的互动，不断提高客户颜色开发和认可的效率，提升客户满意度

Keep a good communication with customer, continuously improve the color development efficiency and customer satisfaction, such as AAR, cubing process improve……

8. 精益生产的实施。

Lean manufacturing implementation.

9. 新工厂喷漆线的技术能力支持，协助稳定量产爬坡及推进良率提升；

Provide technical supporting to painting line in new plant, and help to smooth the new line ramp up to mass production and FTQ improvement.

10. 主导原工厂喷漆线的改进方案与实施推进，快速提高旧产线的生产能力和良率；

Lead to development current painting line technical improvement solution, and resume the production to normal production and enhance the FTQ

11. 保证所有部门内相关活动符合公司政策，流程和安全要求；

Ensure the capacity, quality, safety and environment of painting shop meet company’s target.

12. 服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作；

Complete other assignments given by supervisors.
