Position Summary
Help create and grow the China Operation Centre (COPC) in line with the company's strategy. Manage recruitment, training, and daily operations to consolidate tasks at COPC according to the business plan. Continuously seek ways to improve COPC's performance and productivity, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent services to business teams and stakeholders in Greater China Area.
Key Accountabilities
61 Plan and execute transition of agreed tasks to COPC.
61 Lead the team and meet the required service level, agreed SLAs and the associated KPIs.
61 Build a COPC governance and ensure effective implementation.
61 Manage the team to create a motivating work environment and foster teamwork.
61 Drive continual improvement program (CIP) for better operations productivity and service quality.
61 Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline the operation processes and identify areas for improvement.
61 Regular review and define trainings needed to enhance the team’s overall business understanding and capabilities.
61 Set up a feasible team structure with clear responsibilities
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
61 A minimum of 5 years of experience in SSC in global logistics / Freight Forwarding company.
61 Strong experience in project management, focus on details and process.
61 Good command English in both writing and speaking, a clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
61 Proactively analyse, identify issues and explore solution.
61 Self-motivated, ability to work with limited resources and get things done in high quality.
61 Embrace changes and drive innovation with the latest technology.
61 Ability to work in matrix organization, liaise and work across functions within the organization.
