The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing regional distributor sales and direct sales force to reach sales target. Abcam products include primary antibodies, secondary antibodies, ELISA assays, agonists/antagonists, proteins/peptides, cellular and protein functional assays, epigenetic reagents, etc.

商务经理将负责发展区域经销商销售和直销团队，以实现销售目标。Abcam的产品包括一抗、二抗、ELISA试剂盒、激动剂/拮抗剂、蛋白质/肽、细胞和蛋白功能检测、表观遗传试剂等。

Roles & responsibilities:

61 Develop the capability of assign distributor sales utilizing personal sales experiences and Abcam resources to reach sales target.

61 运用个人销售经验和Abcam资源，提升指定经销商的销售能力，以达成销售目标。

61 Optimize current distributor coverage in assign areas.

61 优化指定区域内现有经销商的覆盖范围。

61 Maintain the focus of distributors on Abcam products, provide prompt support and facilitate their implement of Abcam strategies with effective communication.

61 保持经销商对Abcam产品的关注，提供及时支持，并通过有效沟通协助其执行Abcam的策略。

61 Collaborate with marketing group and KA sales to enhance Abcam’s recognition by customers and our market share in assigned areas.

61 与市场团队和大客户销售合作，提升Abcam在指定区域的客户认知度和市场占有率。

61 Collaborate with operation group and scientific support team to continuously improve customer experiences.

61 与运营团队和科学支持团队合作，不断优化客户体验。

61 Strong personal sales experiences in selling reagents/consumables in research market.

61 在科研市场销售试剂/耗材方面有扎实的个人销售经验。

61 Distributor management experiences or experiences in close collaboration with distributors. Familiar with distributor sales model of reagents/consumables in China.

61 有经销商管理经验或与经销商密切合作的经验，熟悉中国试剂/耗材的经销商销售模式。

61 Skillful communication with customers and colleagues.

61 具备良好的客户和同事沟通能力。

61 Familiar with major laboratory techniques and products in protein biology and cell biology.

61 熟悉蛋白生物学和细胞生物学中的主要实验技术和产品。

61 Ability to learn new techniques and products quickly.

61 具备快速学习新技术和新产品的能力。

61 Good reading and writing English. Capable of English conversation.

61 英语阅读和写作能力良好，能够进行基本英语交流。

61 Active and initiative work attitude for making progress relative independently.

61 工作态度积极主动，能够相对独立地推动工作进展。

61 Willing to travel as needed

61 Minimal bachelor degree in life sciences required

61 至少拥有生命科学相关的本科学历
