质量工程师

1、参与公司正在开发的氟化工项目；

1、 Participate in the Fluorochemical project currently under development by the company;

2、项目设计阶段：起草项目专用的《质量计划》或《质量管理方案》，明确各阶段的质量目标、职责、审核节点和交付物；参与关键设备、原材料供应商及工程承包商的质量能力审计；设计项目文档管理流程，确保所有设计图纸、技术规格书等受控；组织或参与工艺流程图（PFD）、管道仪表图（P&ID）、设备布置图等的质量风险评审，重点评估可清洁性、可检验性、防止污染与交叉污染的应用等；

2、Project Design Phase: Draft the project-specific Quality Plan or Quality Management Program to define quality objectives, responsibilities, review milestones, and deliverables for each stage; participate in quality capability audits of key equipment, raw material suppliers, and engineering contractors; design the project documentation management process to ensure all design drawings, technical specifications, etc., are controlled; organize or participate in quality risk reviews of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), equipment layout diagrams, etc., with a focus on evaluating cleanability, inspectability, and the application of measures to prevent contamination and cross-contamination；

3、Project Construction and Installation Phase: Supervise whether the construction and installation parties adhere to the established quality plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); strictly enforce the engineering change control procedures to assess the potential impact of any design or construction changes on quality, safety, and the final product; organize the development of the factory's quality management system；

4、试生产与调试阶段：处理试产过程中出现的任何偏差，进行调查和影响分析，并管理纠正与预防措施；审核并批准生产、清洁、维护、检验等相关的SOP草案；实施并完善质量管理体系；

4、Trial Production and Commissioning Phase: Address any deviations that arise during trial production, conduct investigations and impact analyses, and manage corrective and preventive actions; review and approve draft SOPs related to production, cleaning, maintenance, inspection, etc.; implement and refine the quality management system；

Qualifications:

1、本科及以上的学历背景，材料科学，电化学，化学、化工、化工机械，生物医药、自动化等相关专业背景；

1、Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Electrochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Machinery, Biomedical Science, Automation, or related fields；

2、有3 ~ 5 年锂电材料行业，氟化工行业相关的工作经验；

2、At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the lithium battery materials sector, or fluorine chemical industry；

3、新建项目相关的工作经验优先考虑；

3、Prior experience related to new plant projects is preferred；

4、有项目改善经验,独立的分析能力；需有质量体系搭建或管理经历。精通 IATF16949、ISO14001 等质量管理体系，熟悉韩国 KOLAS、RRA 等本地审核标准；掌握 APQP、PPAP、FMEA 、CP等质量工具，能制定六氟磷酸锂的质量标准与检验规范；具备撰写质量报告、推动 CAPA（纠正预防措施）落地的能力；

4、Candidates should have project improvement experience and independent analytical skills. Experience in establishing or managing quality systems is required. Must be proficient in quality management systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO 14001, and familiar with local audit standards like South Korea’s KOLAS and RRA. Proficiency in quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA and CP is essential, along with the ability to develop quality standards and inspection specifications for lithium hexafluorophosphate. Candidates must also possess the capability to write quality reports and drive the implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)；

7、 需持有 ISO/IEC 17025 内审员等相关质量体系证书；韩语需熟练，满足撰写韩文质量文件、对接本地工厂及客户的需求，英语良好者优先，便于阅读国际行业标准和技术文献。

7、Certification as an internal auditor for ISO/IEC 17025 or related quality management system credentials is required. Proficiency in Korean is necessary to meet the demands of writing quality documents in Korean, interfacing with local factories, and engaging with customers. Strong English skills are preferred to facilitate reading international industry standards and technical literature.
