Your team :

You’ll be part of the UBSCL GWM and entity shared Operations team.

The role is working with client advisors on client trade and order handling. Providing an excellent & outstanding client experience is a key focus.

By improving the self-help information and working closely with various teams across the organization, we ensure trade processing and related tasks are handled timely and correctly.

Your expertise :

You are:

61 with experience on client trade, payment processing.

61 adept at improving processes and enhancing workflows (you’re a keen observer and problem solver)

61 able to work under pressure to strict deadlines (you're good at prioritizing tasks)

61 innovative with data and agile in the changing landscape

61 a good communicator who is able to deliver a clear concise message, straight to the point and tailored to the respective audience

61 a person with high service level standards

61 an expert at building good relationships, networks and connections within a large-scale organization

61 able to converse fluently in Mandarin and English
