3、跟踪生产进度，协调工厂与客户之间事项；及时更新每天所需资料:每周的生产进度表、每月的生产状况和进度、记录更新每年的生产记录。根据工厂的生产效率、装船日期、协调、跟踪物料，跟踪生产进度。

4、跟踪订单的执行完成情况，制作运输信息单、装箱单、提单、报关单等报关单证。（特别是信用证单证的制作）

5、熟悉各类进出口许可证办理手续

按实际出口情况，下发供应商开票资料及开票合同；

6、核对供应商的发票；

7、领导安排的其他工作。

8、负责整理客户资料，负责出口统计和其它相关工作；

9、相关的销售协议、合同等存档管理。

we are currenly looking for a merchandiser which requires following and managing each order since the beginning until the end by responding at all client s inquiries or factory s issues (Quotation, samples, purchase/sales contract, QC, booking, payment)

Requirement

more than 3 years experience in exporting business

Knowledge in merchandising and retailing industry

To be well organized and good at planning

Must have the abilities to use the English/Chinese command, both oral and written.

Must have good analytical skills

Knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures

Knowledge of materials, products, and the commodity market in area of specialization

Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
