①熟练操作注塑机、对注塑工序操作有深入理解，会根据师傅的思路参与调机操作

②能够根据工艺准备生产、独立完成切换产品

③能够更换模具按照生产计划完成生产任务

4 管理生产设备日常维护保养

5 管理生产质量，确保产品质量

6 负责遵守公司各项规章制度

Comply with various rules and regulations established by the company.

7 完成上级交办的其它临时性工作项目

Accomplish other temporary tasks assigned by higher-level leaders.
