职位描述

工作任务 Tasks:
1)开发江苏区域的新客户及新项目,维护现有客户和项目跟进;
1) Develop regional market new customer & new project. Maintain existing customers and follow-up project;
2)建立良好的商业合作关系并提供给客户整体的服务及技术解决方案;
2) Establish good business relationship & provide total customer service and solution to customer.
3) 充分了解所负责行业和客户的市场状况和竞争对手情况,确定重点客户并能保证对其跟踪,定期拜访客户并将信息及时反馈至公司,按时保质保量完成报告。
3) Fully understand the market situation and competitors’ situation of the responsible industry and customer. Identify key customer and keep track of them. Regular visit to the customers and timely feedback of information to the company, complete the report on time, quality and quantity.
4)完成每年的销售目标和销售计划,定期跟踪客户和市场需求信息及时报告;
4) To achieve yearly sales target and sales budget. to collect market and customer demand information & report regularly.
5)提供给客户更好的以及快捷的技术支持和质量服务;
5) Provide better and prompt technical support and quality cooperation service to customer;
岗位要求 Requirements:
1)年龄:23~28岁;大学本科学历及以上;
1)Aged: 23~28 years old; Bachelor degree or above;
2)大学本科学历为暖通空调或者机械电子等相关专业;
2) Bachelor Major in HVAC or Mechanical or Electronics major.
3)至少1~2年以上风机或者电机开发或销售经验;或者1~2年以上暖通空调/AHU产品开发及项目管理经验者优先(重要)
3) Prefer to at least 1~2 years relevant engineering development or sales working experience; Or prefer to have at least 1~2 years relevant R&D or project development and management working experience in HVAC/AHU market.(Importance)
4) 流利的英文沟通能力(特别是写与说的能力),具有良好的电脑操作技能;
4) Fluent and good communications skills in English (both written and oral), good command of computer skills.
5)具有责任感地,开放地,积极主动地,目标导向地,有团队合作精神的;
5)With Responsibility, opening, self-motivated,target oriented,team work spirit
