职位描述

CEVY LINKS is recruiting an experienced and smart Operations & Customer Support Senior Officer with entrepreneur spirit, able to ensure proper operations, develop new logistics products, develop new processes to serve new customers.
Mission :
- Improve quality of service and productivity,
- Develop products, ,
- Draft SOP and Service Standard, maintain knowledge management,
- manage service providers (warehousing, transport, customs, etc);
- manage for abnormal parcels ( returned/lost parcels, etc.)
- manage customer service and operation team
- Interact with IT team for developing system
- Any others assignment from the Management
Reporting : The position is in general attached to the Operation Manager(or Deputy General Operation Manager), and punctually to CLEVY General Manager for the development of new products.
Evolution to managerial responsibility is encouraged.
Requirements
- Graduate of an undergraduate diploma,
- Above 8 years experience in international logistics with 3 years management experience, preferably in postal or express delivery industry,
- Experience in interacting with Customers and Service Providers,
- Experience in e-commerce logistics appreciated,
- Good command of English, especially Speaking,reading and writing - the position requires to communicate with European partners,
- Data analysis skill (Good at Excel Vlookup ect.)
- Overseas experience is an asset,
- Deep personal involvement, sense of responsibility,
- Rigorous and well organized, strong analysis capacity
- Team spirit, good relational, communication and coordination capacity
- Willing to work on new projects which require to work resourcefully with high reactivity, autonomy and initiative, but also allows to exercise responsibility
