职位描述
1. Setup and implement BD plan/strategy and achieve business target through making appointment with potential prospects and participating sales & Marketing activities, improve business opportunity, leading group account selling project at national level and improve hit rate.
通过与潜在客户预约和参加销售及市场活动,实现业务目标,提升业务机会,主导全国范围内的集团客户销售项目并提高成交率。
2. Leading cross-functional communication to implement strategies and achieve business target through daily sales activities and national group account management, including regular internal review, prospect visit/virtual meeting, organize sales activities and call high at customer site.
通过日常销售活动和集团客户管理,实施策略并实现业务目标,包括定期的内部审查、潜在客户拜访/虚拟会议、组织销售活动并在客户现场进行高层沟通。
3. Identify market-specific needs, customer pains, different industry trends and opportunities for business growth and focus on High Value Selling.
了解客户痛点、不同的行业趋势以及业务增长机会,专注于高价值销售。
4. Negotiates business contracts with customer in accordance with overall company sales strategy.
根据公司的整体销售策略,与客户谈判商业合同。
5. Using Lindstrom’s need identification to value added sales approach and tactics in selling to new customers with special focus on relationship building across all levels of the national account.
利用林斯特龙的需求识别方法进行增值销售,应用增值销售的技巧,特别关注在集团客户不同层级建立关系。
6. Innovating value-adding services to customer and co-creating solutions together with customers. Presenting business cases how Lindstr02m can help customer to succeed.

7. Always seeking for opportunities to partner with the customer in working on how we can contribute to the achievement of their organisational goals (e.g. CSR/Green initiatives etc).

8. Organising regular discussions with customers for gathering new insights, future needs and ensuring communication within Lindstrom regarding the insights and development needs.

9. Managing and follow-up of customer profitability and taking needed actions

10. Creating offers and contracts for new services / collections

11. Identifying threats, understanding the reasoning behind and taking action accordingly
识别潜在威胁,理解其背后的原因,并采取相应的行动。
12. Cooperate with BU managing contract renewals and updates.
配合业务单位管理合同续签和更新
13. Working cross-functionally internally, to deliver on the Lindstrom promise to the customer. 在内部跨职能合作,以兑现林斯特龙对客户的承诺。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above 本科及以上学历
2. 5+years B2B working experience, 3+years of national group account sales working experience.
5年以上B2B工作经验,3年以上集团客户销售工作经验。
3. Passion to drive, learn and work together with customers to innovate new value adding services for them.

4. Solid sales experience in program solution selling & value selling.
具备解决方案销售和价值销售的丰富经验。
5. Excellent communication & negotiation skills, and good presentation skill.

6. High degree of emotional intelligence and engaging skills being able to navigate successfully between customers’ wishes and Lindstr02m’s capabilities.

7. Could accept business travel in China.
