Responsibilities
1. Refer to company procedures, use the right tools to assist the local business team and provide front-line business support to overseas partners.
2. Adapt to corporate strategy adjustment and keep business knowledge updated.
3. Help to solve the partner's demand in the daily operation of Trip system by telephone, email or online chat(contact the customer directly if necessary).
4. Promote Trip’s hotel management system to our cooperative hotels.
5. Coordinate with other departments to improve the overall satisfaction of the merchant (hotel).
6. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
任职资格
Job requirements
1. Diploma or above, can handle the daily communication in Spanish and English.
2. Excellent service awareness and professional dedication, strong learning ability, positive attitude, and strong ability to work under pressure, excellent teamwork ability, able to adapt to the work shift system.
3. Relevant working experience in starred hotel, airline ticket counter, and call center is preferred.
4. English resume is highly appreciated
Working time: 09:00-18:00(8 hours shift / local time in Spain)
Five working days and two off-days for each week,off-days may not be on weekends.
Work normally during Thailand national holidays.
