机械项目工程师project engineer

1. Be responsible for own projects from the decision to buy until *** mass production

2. Develop new products together with our suppliers and our German headquarter according to European and international standards, Einhell requirements and price situation

3. Follow up certification (e. g. GS/EMC), performance test (FfU) and whole qualification process (company own lab)

4. Improvements on existing products in order to reduce failure rate

5. Maintain the technical documentation for existing and new products in ERP system

6. Create instructions for mass production inspections and train inspectors

7. Follow complete project from start until mass production in closed cooperation with our external factories

8. Handle OEM projects independently

9. Visit pilot production and *** mass production of our products and issue report after evaluation

10. Support other departments such as design, QC and purchase department

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor/Master of Science Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar

2. Readiness for frequent business trips within China

3. Experience in required product field (e.g. cordless items such as cordless drills, cordless jig saw, cordless screwdriver and so on) would be desirable but not a must.

4. Experience in European standard for GS / EMC and FFU Test (Fit for use – Tests) would be an advantage

5. Very good verbal and written communication skills in English are strongly required

7. Good project management skills and team work

8. Ability to analyze and good skills in problem solving (see problems as challenge)

9. Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook is a must. Experiences with ERP systems (Navision) is a pro
