1. Develop qualified new suppliers. 开发合格的新供应商（注塑方向)

2. RFQ (Request for Quotation) kick off. 询价

3. Price, Terms and Conditions negotiation and confirmation. 价格、条款及条件协商及确认

4. System Data Maintenance系统数据维护

5. Quarterly cost review with supplier, ensure timely implementation of price negotiated与供应商进行季度成本审核，确保价格的及时执行

6. To drive localization and cost reduction for oversea purchases推动海外采购的国产化和降低成本

7. Issue PO and follow up delivery timely from suppliers及时发布订单并跟踪供应商的交货情况

8. Supply Management Inventory negotiation and management库存谈判和管理

10. Review suppliers' capacity to ensure continuity of supply chain periodically定期检查供应商的能力，确保供应链的连续性

Requirement职位要求:

1. College degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering. 大专以上学历，机械工程专业

2. Familiar with RFQ, Material Supplier Management experiences. 有物料供应商管理经验

3. Knowledge in sourcing and supply base would be an added advantage. 有采购和供应链基础知识者优先考虑

4. Fluent in verbal and written communication (in both Chinese and English). 流利的中英文口头和书面沟通能力

5. Strong negotiation skill, organizational and interpersonal skills required. 较强的谈判技巧，组织和人际交往能力

6. Self-and-swift learner and task-driven personality. 学习能力强，任务导向强
