Job Description:
As MIC Rep, you will be responsible for driving sales of the Allergan Aesthetics SkinMedica skincare line in the marketplace, communicating the unique value and efficacy of the product to customers. You will work with teams to develop and execute sales strategies, build customer relationships, and achieve sales objectives through expertise and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities and tasks:
1. Drive business objectives: Develop and implement the SkinMedica sales plan of the responsible institutes, achieve business objectives through active business activities and strategies, and constantly strive to improve performance.
2. Professional product knowledge transmission: In-depth understanding of the company's SkinMedica product line, including ingredients, efficacy and use methods, to convey the value, advantages and effects of the product to all ports of the institutes.
3. Customer relationship maintenance: Establish and maintain good relationships with potential customers and existing customers, understand the needs and feedback of the institute, and provide customized solutions.
4. Market research: Collect market information, understand competitors' products and business strategies, and provide support for making effective business plans.
5. Business reporting and analysis: Regularly report sales, analyze data and propose improvement suggestions to optimize business processes and strategies.
6. Communication and collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service and supply chain teams, to ensure sales targets are achieved.
7. Follow the code of business conduct and carry out business activities legally and reasonably;
8. Complete the tasks required by superiors.

5. 业务报告与分析:定期汇报销售情况,分析数据并提出改进建议,以优化业务流程和策略。
6. 沟通与合作:与内部团队密切合作,包括市场营销、客户服务和供应链团队,确保销售目标的达成。
7. 遵循商业行为准则,合法合理开展业务活动;
8. 完成上级要求的各项任务。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, medicine or related;
2. More than three years of sales experience in related fields;
3. Good interpersonal communication skills and team spirit;
4. Good learning and data analysis skills;
5. Self-driven, able to independently make work plans and implement them effectively.
6. Have a certain understanding of skin care products and cosmetics industry, familiar with the basic knowledge and market trends of skin care products.
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历,市场营销、医药等相关专业;
2. 三年以上相关领域销售经验;
3. 良好的人际沟通能力与团队合作精神;
4. 良好的学习及数据分析能力;
5. 具备自我驱动力,能够独立制定工作计划并有效执行。
6. 对护肤品,化妆品行业有一定了解,熟悉护肤产品的基本知识和市场趋势。
