IT Manager

Leading the helpdesk for dail PC/Server/Network/Printer/Phone/Monitor troubleshooting and

incidents management, determining the root cause of incidents,

problem areas, and be able to improve it.

• Infrastructure

Make sure the daily backup success following the defined company backup and recovery plans for all servers. Maintain network security and all related network installation.

• Project Management

Manage and support IT construction projects, working together with global team and local business, collect requirement, plan and execute it.

• IT Fixed Assets Management

Leading Helpdesk to register; distribute IT related assets, keep the data record at good level, provides regular reports and perform regular stock checking.

• Business System and Database

Development of the new technical applications and management of local software (ERP).

• Documentation and Compliance

Prepare the necessary documents/records for internal/external audit,provides continuously technology and process improvements, assists in developing and maintaining IT policies, make sure infrastructure area is compliance with CRO information security standard.

Establish and implement policies, regulations, procedure, and

management system to meet ISO27001 and other requirements.

• IT Budget

Responsible for working out annual work and budget plan for IT dept.Promote IT related projects for continuous improvement to improve work efficiency as well as reducing costs.

• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Preferred Experiences and Skills：

•At least 5-10 years working experience on similar position

• Knowledge of ERP database and software

• Experience in identifying problems and determining resolution to issues on PC and associated hardware and software;

• working experience in global company is preferred

• Good knowledge in Microsoft windows platform;

• Good knowledge in networking/ IP telephony, etc.;

• Good communication skill;

• Fast learner and self-motivator;

• Warm, outgoing personality. Good Team-work experience;

• Clinical Research Organization is preferable

• sense of responsible, willing to support and help colleagues in a multicultural environment, flexible and problem solving

• Ability to travel as necessary

•Competent in written and oral English and local language
