Logistics Supervisor 物流主管

- Optimize the customs clearance process and reduce the cost of logistics.

- Monitor and manage customs risks to ensure everything in compliant operations.

- Risk control: Identify major customs risk points, propose response strategies, ensure that import and export declarations are standardized, that origin certification and HSCODE classification comply with regulatory requirements, and guarantee that goods are declared in compliance with customs regulations.

- Research and interpret changes in trade policies (such as adjustments to tariffs between China and the United States and HS codes) to avoid relevant risks.

- Connect with external customs, freight forwarders, customs brokers and third-party service providers to maintain good cooperative relationships.

- Lead and manage the logistic operations team, setting clear work objectives and task assignments. Define, monitor, and drive continuous improvement of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and core logistic supplier performance metrics.

- Efficiently perform other relevant duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years working experience related to import/export management

- At least 3 years in managing the import/export team.

- Problem-solving ability: Quickly analyze problems, formulate solutions.

- Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Be familiar with the whole customs declaration process on both import and export.

- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to push for improvements.
