Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

● Work closely with Cross function team in CNILX factory and Category team in LPG P&L to manage well of responsible Electric & Electronic parts

● Leverages CIPS in responsible sub-category, to ensure appropriate supplier selection and qualification, maintains standard terms in purchase contracts with responsible suppliers in according with Ariba process and LPG sourcing guidelines,to ensure that suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements

● Manages procurement activities,eg.bidding, RFQ, maintain price and quota,develop new source and 2nd source, and othes actions to mitigate risk regarding supply,quality and financial exposure in accordance with quality and commercial procedures and in accordance with sourcing guidelines

● Responsible for the cost saving and business target, identify and lead cost reduction projects from better source slection, process and VA/VE optimization and other innovation sourcing activities.

● Manage and Maintain the relationship with supplier, Pro-actively works to resolve issues related to procurement quality and delivery. continue improvement of terms of payment and service from suppliers

What it takes to Run what runs the world

● Bachlor or above, Related Eletrical or Automation major

● Soucing and SCM work experience is preferred

● Office and SAP skill, good at data analysis and AI application.

● Good English

● Open mind, good logical thinking；Pro-active；good communication and teamwork
