职位描述

Key Duties/主要任务:
1. Be close partnership with Retail team, understand the business needs and identify the capability gaps so as to roll out the relevant training development program for retail staff.
2. Independently and efficiently organize the retail training workshops, such as New Store Opening Training, Mentor Program, Sales technique improvement program, service upgrading training program etc.
3. Design the follow-up plan and tools based on the key projects and courses of the company and OPS dept direction, and organize the implementation.
4. Through teaching, follow-up and coaching, improve the ability of employees in key positions of stores, and give feedbacks, including teaching effect of stores, team progress, course feedback and suggestions, etc
5. Work with the retail team to follow up the shop service standards and continuously improve the service level, so as to enhance the customer experience of the brand.
6. Coordinate training with HR department.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by line,such as contact with external training resources, etc.
Requirements /录用条件:
1. Bachelor degree or above with 5+ years working experiences in a similar position from the sectors of premium retail: fashion, luxury, sports, lifestyle, or cosmetics.
2. Good expression ability and teaching capabilities, such as coaching, presentation & facilitation, analytical and organizational skills.
3. A self-motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills. Team player, strong ownership & passion for the retail industry.
4. Good spoken English is preferred.
5. Flexibility to travel to different retail locations.
