Job Duties工作职责:
1. Looking for clients’ information to building client list and visit reports
. 搜集与寻找客户资料,建立客户信息及拜访档案。
2Keep relationship with customers, help to deal with the communication of related department and customers; Tel and face visit with customers regularly and record it.
维护与客户的联系,协调处理相关部门与客户的沟通问题;定期对客户进行电话/上门拜访;及时完成拜访记录;
3.Propose customers’ requests on time, communicate with marketing department to fulfill relevant job tasks.
及时上报客户需求并提出建议;配合市场部完成相应工作;
4.Report the sales process to Business Manager and feedback the project of the district sales, follow up problems in sales actions and propose solutions.
及时向商务经理汇报销售行动的执行情况,定期对销售行动计划进行回顾,发现销售行动中存在的问题,及时提出个人改进意见或向商务经理提交建议;
5.Sign the agreement with customers, make sure payment received in time.
签订检测合同/协议,确保销售款项按时回收;
6.Use the sales budget reasonably, improve the efficiency of expenses.
合理使用销售费用,提高费用支出回报率;
7.Fulfill the other work assigned by senior management.
完成上级管理层指派的其他工作。
8.Ensure stability and satisfaction of customers.
确保客户的稳定性和客户满意度
ob Specification任职资格:
Education Background教育背景:
Bachelor Degree & above, ,chemical ,biology, agrochemical majors are preferred
本科及以上学历,生物农药,农药、化学、相关专业优先。
Experience on biopesticide, biochemical, Biostimulants knowledge is preferred
熟悉生物农药,生物化学品,生物刺激素优先
Experience on agrochemical oversea registration is preferred
农药海外登记经验优先。
English level英语水平:
CET-6&above, good at English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
英文CET-6以上,良好的听说读写能力。
Training experience培训经历:
None无要求
Work experience工作经验:
Over three years’ sale experiences, engaged in terminal sales, testing related sales experiences preferred.三年以上销售经验,从事终端销售, 检测相关行业销售经验者优先。
Skills & Abilities技能和素质:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, good customer service awareness. Acute observation and power of influence.
较强的沟通和谈判能力,良好的客户服务意识。具备敏锐的观察力和影响力。
