职位描述

Job Duties工作描述:
1、Maintain relationships with customers, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance customer brand value.
维护和客户的关系,提高客户满意度,提升客户的品牌价值。
2、Responsible for internal and external communication, as the laboratory, sales and customer communication between the bridge, to ensure the smooth development of the business, to provide quality services, to attract customers to continue to accept services.
负责内外部的沟通,作为实验室、销售和客户之间沟通的桥梁,保证业务的顺利展开,提供优质服务,吸引客户继续接受服务。
3、Focus on customer needs, competitors’strengths, food industry dynamics, and share effective information.
关注客户需求,竞争对手优势,食品行业的动态,分享有效信息。
4、Complete other work assigned by company and department according to the requirement.
根据需求,完成公司、部门安排的其他工作。
Job Specification任职要求:
1、College degree or above, major in food, chemistry or related.
食品、化学等相关专业,专科及以上学历;
2、Experience in customer service in food inspection industry is a plus.
有食品检测行业客服经验尤佳;
3、Good command of office software, CET-4 or above.
熟练使用office软件,英语四级以上;
4、Good communication and problem solving skills.
良好的沟通能力及解决问题的能力;
5、Attention to customer needs, have a certain amount of pressure ability.
关注客户的需求,有一定的抗压能力。
