职位描述

1.Continuously analyze key market drives and adjust/implement sales, engineering and marketing systems to produce significant, strategic results.
2.Analyze and understand global business markets and customers, 8/0/20 for product evaluation while leveraging resources to best achieve results.
3.Create and implement sustainable sales & engineering team-based initiatives driving continuous improvement to meet and exceed sales & engineering goals.
4.Support new product development and modifications with engineering and technical support for design, process and validation functions, applying an outside in discipline.
5.Participate and support the sales & engineering global annual plan and LRP documents.
6.Manage the sales & engineering financial performance by directing and leading all aspects of the day-to day sales & engineering functions, short and long term sales & engineering achieves monthly and annual financial goals.
7.Drive innovation and solutions to meet market needs.
8.Obtain patents where applicable.
9.Develop pricing policies and direct major negotiations as needed, include the yearly price negotiation.
10.Champions the Company leadership development framework, develop talent within the business. Identifies and develops key leaders for future roles.
11.Model the culture and values of Company including demonstrating the highest level of ethical business behavior.
12.Daily, weekly, monthly and periodic sales & engineering reports.
Position Qualifications 任职要求:
1) 5+ years or above experience in automotive industry, prefer OEM background
2) Familiar with Automotive market
3) Good negotiation and communication skills in English.
4) Bachelor or above with related technical background
