Job Responsibility
1. 业务与团队支持 Business and Team Support
1.1 深入理解企业的业务战略和业务部门的运作流程,作为人力资源与业务之间的紧密联络人,确保 HR 工作与业务目标紧密结合。
Deeply understand the business strategy of the enterprise and the operation process of business departments, and serve as a close liaison between human resources and business to ensure that HR work is closely integrated with business objectives.
1.2 与业务部门的领导密切协作,参与业务部门的各项管理决策,针对业务发展需求提供专业的人力资源解决方案,涵盖人员配置、调整、激励等方面,助力业务目标的达成。
Collaborate closely with the leaders of business departments, participate in various management decisions of business departments, and provide professional human resource solutions for business development needs, covering aspects such as staffing, adjustment, and motivation, to help achieve business objectives.
1.3 协助业务部门完成团队组建工作,根据岗位需求参与招聘全流程,筛选、评估候选人,保障新员工的质量与团队的适配度,同时确保人员结构的合理性和人员数量的充足性。
Assist business departments in team formation, participate in the entire recruitment process based on job requirements, screen and evaluate candidates, ensure the quality of new employees matches the team, and at the same time ensure the rationality of the personnel structure and the adequacy of personnel quantity.
2. 员工关系管理 Employee relationship management
2.1 负责员工关系的日常维护,处理员工在工作中遇到的各类问题和纠纷,及时有效地解决矛盾,营造积极和谐的工作氛围,提升员工的满意度和忠诚度。
Be responsible for the daily maintenance of employee relations, handle various problems and disputes encountered by employees at work, resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner, create a positive and harmonious working atmosphere, and improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.
2.2 组织开展团队建设活动,如团队拓展、员工沟通会等,增强团队凝聚力和协作能力,塑造良好的团队文化,以促进团队的高效运作。
Organize team building activities, such as team expansion and employee communication meetings, to enhance team cohesion and collaboration ability, shape a good team culture, and promote the efficient operation of the team.
3. 员工发展与绩效管理 Employee development and performance management
3.1 为员工制定个性化的职业发展规划,结合员工的能力、潜力和业务需求,为其规划合理的职业晋升路径,引导员工实现个人职业目标。
Develop personalized career development plans for employees, combine their abilities, potentials, and business needs, plan reasonable career promotion paths for them, and guide employees to achieve their personal career goals.
3.2 识别员工的培训需求,与相关培训资源协调,为员工安排相应的培训课程和发展机会,推动员工在专业技能和综合素质方面的持续提升。
Identify the training needs of employees, coordinate with relevant training resources, arrange corresponding training courses and development opportunities for them, and promote the continuous improvement of employees' professional skills and comprehensive qualities.
3.3 对业务部门员工的绩效进行日常监督和辅导,协助业务部门领导开展绩效评估和绩效面谈工作,为员工绩效的改进提供支持和建议,确保绩效管理的有效性和持续性。
Conduct daily supervision and coaching on the performance of employees in business departments, assist the leaders of business departments in conducting performance evaluation and performance interview work, provide support and suggestions for the improvement of employee performance, and ensure the effectiveness and continuity of performance management.
4. 事务处理与服务交付 HR Ops management
4.1 集中处理各类人力资源日常事务,包括但不限于员工的入离职手续、劳动合同管理、人事档案管理、社保公积金的缴纳等工作,确保所有事务处理的合规性、准确性和及时性。
Centralize the handling of various daily human resource affairs, including but not limited to employee entry and exit procedures, labor contract management, personnel file management, social security and provident fund payment, etc., and ensure the compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of all transaction processing.
4.2 对员工提出的关于薪酬福利、考勤、请假、报销等日常问题提供一站式服务,解答员工咨询,确保员工能够便捷地获取所需信息和帮助。
Provide one-stop service for daily problems raised by employees regarding salary and benefits, attendance, leave, reimbursement, etc., answer employee inquiries, and ensure that employees can easily obtain the required information and help.
5. 流程优化与数据管理 Process optimisation and data management
5.1 负责优化和标准化人力资源事务流程,通过引入自动化工具和持续改进流程,提高工作效率,降低事务处理成本,同时确保操作的准确性和规范性。
Be responsible for optimizing and standardizing human resource transaction processes, improving work efficiency and reducing transaction processing costs by introducing automation tools and continuous process improvement, while ensuring the accuracy and standardization of operations.
5.2 收集和分析员工对人力资源服务的反馈,依据反馈持续改善服务质量,提升员工对人力资源服务的体验。
Collect and analyze employees' feedback on human resource services, continuously improve service quality based on the feedback, and enhance employees' experience of human resource services.
任职要求 Requirements
1.本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学或相关专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources management, business administration, psychology or related fields is preferred.
2. 具有5年以上人力资源相关工作经验,其中至少 3 年 HRBP 或综合人力资源管理经验,熟悉人力资源各模块运作。
Have more than 5 years of relevant human resources work experience, including at least 3 years of HRBP or comprehensive human resources management experience, and be familiar with the operation of all human resources modules.
3. 精通人力资源管理理论与实践,熟悉国家和地方劳动法律法规及政策。
Proficient in human resources management theory and practice, familiar with national and local labor laws, regulations and policies.
4. 具备良好的数据分析能力,能够运用数据进行人力资源决策分析,熟练使用 Excel等数据分析工具者优先。
Have good data analysis ability, be able to use data for human resources decision-making analysis. Those who are proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel are preferred.
5. 熟练掌握人力资源信息系统(HRIS)的操作与维护,有相关系统实施或优化经验者更佳。
Proficient in the operation and maintenance of human resources information system (HRIS). Experience in relevant system implementation or optimization is a plus.
6. 具备出色的沟通协调能力,能够与不同层级的员工和业务部门进行有效沟通与合作,建立良好的工作关系。
Have excellent communication and coordination skills, be able to communicate and cooperate effectively with employees and business departments at different levels, and establish good working relationships.
7. 拥有较强的问题解决能力,能够快速分析和解决人力资源工作中的各类复杂问题,提供切实可行的解决方案。
Have strong problem-solving skills, be able to quickly analyze and solve various complex problems in human resources work and provide practical solutions.
8. 具备良好的项目管理能力,能够独立或带领团队完成人力资源相关项目,如组织变革、人才发展项目等,确保项目按时、高质量交付。
Have good project management skills, be able to independently or lead a team to complete human resources related projects, such as organizational change, talent development projects, etc., and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
9. 具有高度的责任心和敬业精神,工作严谨细致,对人力资源工作充满热情,能够承受较大的工作压力。
Have a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, work rigorously and meticulously, be passionate about human resources work and be able to withstand high work pressure.
10. 具备流利的英语听说读写能力,能够与国际团队或海外业务伙伴进行顺畅的沟通与协作
Have fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, be able to communicate and cooperate smoothly with international teams or overseas business partners.
11. 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力,能够快速掌握新知识、新技能,适应企业不断变化的业务需求和人力资源管理要求。
Have strong learning and adaptability, be able to quickly master new knowledge and skills, and adapt to the constantly changing business needs and human resources management requirements of the enterprise.
12. 有跨文化工作经验或在多元文化环境中工作的能力者优先考虑,能够理解和尊重不同文化背景下的员工差异,促进团队融合。
Experience in cross-cultural work or the ability to work in a multicultural environment is preferred. Be able to understand and respect the differences of employees from different cultural backgrounds and promote team integration.
