职位描述

工作职责:
1.Manage a range of HR activities including recruitment, compansation and benefit, employee relations, training and orgnization development.
处理一系列人力资源管理活动,这些活动包括:招聘、薪酬福利、员工关系、培训与组织发展
2.Manage a range of Administration activities, make sure adminstrative staff, emquipment, supplies, and other resourses are used effectively and economiclly, these activities may include: equipment, office supplies, fleet management, services of business travel, tickets, register hotel, conference, , records, messenger, working meal, copies, reception, mail and etc.
管理公司行政工作,确保行政人员、设备、供应和其他资源的经济有效利用。
这些行政工作包括但不限于管理办公设备、办公用品、车辆、差旅票务、酒店、会议、收发及留言服务、员工餐厅、宿舍管理、复印服务、前台和通讯系统等
3.Document filing control both company level and department level.
公司级、部门级文件归档管理
4.Backup of Admin supervisor if he/she not in office.

岗位要求:
1.Well organized, detailed working style, service minded and pleasant personality.
良好的组织能力,工作仔细认真,服务意识强,性格开朗
2.Good computer skill with MS office.
良好的电脑操作技能和office办公软件操作技能
3.Very good command of English, both in oral and written.
良好的英文写作和口语能力
4.Familiar with the labor law knowledge and local regulations;
熟悉国家劳动法律法规和地方劳动法规等
5.Team player and independent working ability
具有团队合作精神和独立工作能力
