区域技术支持工程师

1、数据中心小母线、PDU产品的用户需求识别、技术对接和销售支持（产品选型、方案配置、图纸出具、报价等）。

2、协助集团内各国当地技术团队、销售和客户处理与产品相关的售前、售中和售后问题。

3、按需要培训集团内各个国家当地的技术工程师、销售等。

4、工厂和出口国家间的连接桥梁，协助跟进并落实产品的生产和交付。

招聘要求：

1、技术背景，有电气电子行业相关工作经验优先。

2、学习能力强，积极主动，销售导向，可独立分析客户需求并出具解决方案。

3、具有良好的沟通协调能力，能与研发、运营、供应链等后台部门有效沟通，高效达成项目目标。

4、良好的英文听说读写能力，可独立和国外客户对接沟通。

5、可以使用autocad等工具，能够绘制简单的方案配置图。

6、能适应短期国内外出差。

Role Responsibilities

1. User demand identification, technical integration, and sales support for data center busway and PDU products (product selection, scheme configuration, drawing issuance, quotation, etc.).

2. Assist local technical teams, sales and customers in various countries within the group to handle pre-sales, in sales, and after-sales issues related to products.

3. Train local technical engineer/sales in various countries within the group as needed.

4. Bridge the connection between the factory and the exporting country, assist in following up and implementing the production and delivery of products.

Role Requirements

1. Technical background and relevant work experience in the electrical and electronic industry are preferred.

2. Strong learning ability, proactive, sales oriented, able to independently analyze customer needs and provide solutions.

3. Having good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with back-office such as R&D, operations, and supply chain, and efficiently achieve project goals.

4. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to independently communicate with foreign clients.

5. Capability of using tools such as AutoCAD to draw simple scheme configuration diagrams.

6. Can adapt to short-term domestic and international business trips.
