As a Deployment Lead, and as part of the Connect PPG program, you will represent a specific deployment/release – China – and drive the deployment and business readiness effort for that particular release. You will work closely with the project PMO, the People Readiness Team, the Data Readiness Team, the Business Process Owners, and will fully coordinate all project deployment planning, status meetings, management of risks and mitigations, and business/site readiness planning and execution.

You will report to the Global Deployment Director and will closely cooperate with each Regional Deployment Lead who will support you in deploying the release across regions (APAC).

You will own the Deployment plan and all associated deliverables.

You will coordinate the product deployment, learning, support, change management, communications, etc. across regions and SBUs involved in the release under your responsibility.

You will develop and enhance end-user documentation, including reference manuals, training materials, deployment process-related materials, presentations, support manuals, release notes, and intranet content.

You will identify and assist in resolving the risks/issues of deploying a process, including understanding the complexities of technology platforms, member firms, legal entities, and geography (time zones, language, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

1，Facilitate cross-team communication, status reporting (including but not limited to project health, risk, issue mitigation)

2，Lead and coordinate all regional cutover and site readiness teams and activities, with the support of the People Readiness Team

3，Provide guidance and support to the team on process execution.

4，Develop and manage the deployment approach for particular processes taking into consideration the dependencies, infrastructure complexity, geographical footprint, and end-user requirements.

5，Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to form a holistic, organizational view of deploying technology solutions.

Qualifications

1，Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, engineering, or information technology. An MBA.

2，10 years of validated experience in deploying complex and standardized business processes across a global organization.

3，Previous system implementation experience on a global scale, SAP system implementation experience.

4，Multiple years in management of large and global scale projects in an international and multi-cultural environment.

5，Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English, other languages are more than welcome.
