职位描述

工作职责
* Deliver annual financial target.
* With necessary support, manage and cooperate with Strategic Channel
Partners (SCPs), drive commercial policy as well as track business progress.
* Independently manage the network and relationship of Bayer Strategic
Retailers (BSRs) and serve mega growers.
* Independently drive demand generation plan and execution.
* With necessary support, develop and drive business plan, forecast
consumption progress accurately in a timely manner, map out business upside and
downside as well as take proactive actions.
* Manage individual T&E and P&I plan and execution as well.
* Report complaint in time and support investigation on the complaint.
* 达成年度财务指标。
* 在必要的支持下,管理且与战略渠道伙伴(SCPs)合作,落实商务政策并跟进业务进展。
* 独立管理拜耳战略零售商(BSRs)网络,并为大型种植者提供优质服务。
* 独立落实需求拉动工作的计划与执行。
* 在必要的支持下,开发并落实商业计划,及时、准确预测消耗进展,规划业务机会和风险并主动采取行动。
* 管理个人差旅及宣传推广费用的计划与执行。
* 及时报告投诉事件并协助相关调查工作。
任职要求
* College degree or above in agriculture or business
* Communication, presentation, knowledge on crop protection
* 1+ years relevant
* Be positive, willing to win and deliver results as well as travel frequently
* 农业或商业领域专科及以上学历
* 沟通、演讲、植保知识
* 1年以上相关工作经验
* 积极向上、乐于成功、可经常出差
