Electronics Engineer电子工程师

1. 参与实施产品开发、国产化转移和研制工作，制定开发计划；

Participate in the product R&D, localization work, and set up project plan / schedule;

2. 按项目计划完成产品相关技术文件的转移和编制，制定适用于本地的标准操作流程SOP；

Complete the transfer and preparation of product-related technical documentation according to the project plan / schedule, and formulate local standard operating procedures (SOP);

3. 跟踪指导首件国产化产品的零件采购和质量控制、产品的组装和检测；

Track and guide the local parts procurement, the assembly and testing of the 1st localized product;

4. 和相关部门合作，完成产品的试生产，处理试生产中发现的各种问题；

Cooperate with related departments to complete the trial production of products and deal with technical problems during the trial production;

5. 进行持续的产品改进，以满足本地客户的应用需求；

Make continuous product improvement to meet the application requirement of the local customers;

6. 协助市场和销售部门，为客户提供技术解决方案，并及时解决客户现场出现的技术问题；

Assist the marketing and sales departments to provide technical solutions for customers, and solve technical problems on the customer site in time;

7. 和德国总部工程师保持紧密沟通，讨论制定产品方案；

Keep close communicate with engineers at the German headquarters to discuss and formulate product solution;

8. 参与公司内部产品及流程的持续改善；

Participate in the continuous improvement of the internal products and processes;

9. 工厂内产品生产时的电气技术问题支持；

Support for electrical problems during the production of products in the factory;

10. 完成主管交办的其他任务；

Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

岗位任职要求

Requirements

1. 电力电子技术、自动化、电气工程及其自动化、仪器仪表、控制学科与工程学科等相关专业本科及以上学历；

Bachelor degree or above in Power electronics technology, automation, electrical engineering and its automation, instrumentation, control discipline and engineering discipline;

2. 3年 + PCB 设计 / 制造经验，熟悉电子板工艺，懂 IPC、VDE 标准；

3+ years' experience in PCB design/manufacturing, with familiarity in electronic board processes and knowledge of IPC and VDE standards;

3. 能解读 Gerber/BOM，解决转移试产问题，有国内 PCB 供应链资源及国产化替代经验；

Capable of interpreting Gerber files and Bill of Materials (BOM), resolving issues during trial production transfers, possessing domestic PCB supply chain resources and experience in sourcing domestic alternatives;

4. 英语 流利（书面 + 口语），可跨文化技术对接。

Fluent in English (written and spoken), capable of cross-cultural technical liaison;

5. 具备项目管理能力，能把控转移 / 国产化节点（如3 个月试产、6 个月批量），有成本意识。

Possesses project management capabilities, able to oversee transfer/localization milestones (e.g., 3-month trial production, 6-month mass production), with a strong cost awareness.

6. 积极主动，善于学习、沟通和协调，有责任心，积极进取，具有团队合作精神；

Proactive, good at learning, communication and coordination, good willing to take responsibility, with good cooperation spirit;

7. 能主动发现问题，并进行思考和分析，进而解决问题；

Able to find problems actively, think and analyze, and then solve problems;
