职位描述
核心希望：10年以上汽车零部件行业质量管理经验，英语口语熟练，5年以上团队部门管理经验，熟悉汽车机械加工件产品优先。熟练汽车行业质量工具应用。
Scope and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning, developing and directing of quality assurance policies, programs and initiatives
2. Maintain the availability of the companywide quality system, supervise and improve the specific operation of QA, QC an all other departments
3. Based on company KPI, formulate and regularly review the KPI of QA and QC Dept.
4. Fully responsible for the approval of QA and QC Dept. reports and documents
5. Develops implements and revises quality standards, tools, and methods
6. Maintain daily work communication with US headquarters and other branches, lead all audit (internal audit, second party audit, third party audit, etc.) planning, scheduling and corrective action
7. Takes these results and helps improve existing methods of operations
8. Collaborates with other management members to develop new product, manufacturing and training methods
9. Prepares product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information into trends
10. Provides input to strategic decisions that may affect the quality of operations or products
11. PPAP Product
12. Supplier Development
13. Lead in Customer complaints
14. Develops PFMEA, works with product engineering to link PFMEA to DFMEA, updates PFMEA to reflect lessons learned and process improvements
任职要求：
Experience / Knowledge Required:
1. IATF-16949, ISO-14001, VDA6.3, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
2. People Management
3. Project Management
4. Experience dealing with Customers and Suppliers
5. Data Analysis
6. Process Improvement
7. Promoting Process and Product Improvement ideas
8. Developing Standards
9. Capable of resolving escalated and complex issues arising from operations
10. Budgeting and P&L experience a plus
11. DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, DOE, APQP Process, Knowledge of the AIAG process, Understanding Process Audits, PPAP Process, Corrective Actions and A3 development
Education Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing preferred)
2. Certified Quality Engineer
3. 10 years experience in Automotive Industry preferably with global Tier 1 supplier, 3 years Quality management
4. Strong communications, fluent in English and Mandarin (Spanish also prefer)
