维修工程师

1.Responsible for production line maintenance (electrical & mechanical ), including :implement PM& PdM, equipment and troubleshooting & diagnostic , correction and improvement.

2.Responsible spare parts purchasing and support spare parts management.

3.Responsible for maintenance planning, supervise and optimize maintenance plan.

4.Reduce unplanned shutdown time, training and coaching for maintenance technician.

5.Lead the equipment downtime RCA analysis, tracking and follow up pending issue.

6.Prepare monthly performance report and participate sector maintenance meeting for presentation and sharing.

7.Responsible for daily scheduling and performance evaluation of maintenance technicians.

8.Support new project implementation including project apply, site installation and commissioning.

9.Organize and implement maintenance related technical improvement projects.

10.Responsible for external sub-contractor management including EHS, quality, risk assessment and coordination.

11.Responsible for guiding maintenance team members in risk assessment and safety related requirements for maintenance operations

12.Dominate the continuous improvement equipment reliability, safety and quality.

Qualifications任职要求

1.Bachelor degree or above of engineering in (discipline: electrical, automation, mechanical)

2.5 years field work experience in production line maintenance with strong reliability and EHS sense

3.Familiar with MS office software (Word, Excel, Power point), Auto CAD etc.

4.Familiar with PLC, HMI, Drive in programming and troubleshooting is required, (Prefer Mitsubishi, Siemens).

5.Good writing and oral English skills are required.

6.Familiar with ABB robot system in maintenance, programming, and optimization is required.
