Job summary:
To handle complex orders of customized products with sufficient technical knowledge in a project-based working context.
About the job:
Discuss and align with multi stakeholders for S&OP.
Coordinate and confirm with head office / sales company / factory for forecast and order booking.
Order execution and delay risk management, shipping coordination.
Production cost control and variance analysis.
Post invoice in D365 and create credit note if necessary.
To prepare monthly report and maintain/analysis sales data.
To act as an overall product owner internally in AL Qingdao to support project execution, implementation of new products
To act as technical specialist for the department to other stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, or other departments.
Who you are:
Knowledge and skills:
· Bachelor or above degree, finance and accounting related majors preferred.
· 3 years or above working experience in manufacturing industry.
· Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
· Well-developed commercial understanding with knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.
· Highly developed analytical skills with demonstrable creative problem-solving experience.
· Excellent Communication Skills – logical and organized (in both Chinese & English).
· Ability to relate from the shop floor to the executive levels.
· Experience in NPI process.

· Be conscientious and careful, have strong sense of responsibility.
· Strong learning ability and highly initiative.
