- Familiar with Schindler maintenance, repair policy and management process;

熟悉公司的维修保养政策及管理流程；

- Acquainted with the function, specification and types of all products;

了解新老电梯产品的性能、规格及型号；

- Master contract handling, non-standard contract verification and document composing;

熟练掌握合同的处理、非标合同的评审及用户来往文件的组织、撰写；

- Lead the service sales team to achieve service sales target, including maintenance – payable maintenance conversion, renew contract signing, lost elevator and escalator recovery and control, repair, modernization and invoice billing;

负责带领分公司完成分公司各项业务指标，包括维保合同的转签、续签、恢复和 控制丢失、以及完成分公司下达的修理、改造的承接和开票任务；

Qualification and Experience 资历与经验

- Familiar with E&E market development and customer needs;

熟悉了解电梯市场发展及用户需求动态；

- Familiar with Schindler maintenance, repair policy and management process;

- Acquainted with the function, specification and types of all products;

- Good at communication, composition, PC application, public relationship and flexibility;

较强的语言表达、文字处理、电脑操作、公关交际、有效沟通、适时应变等能力；
