容器质检工程师（无锡）

主要职责和责任

作为OFO部门全球运营团队的一员，您的职责是确保在中国的分包车间制造的所有专有容器的质量，直到装运，并让世界各地的项目经理了解容器制造进度。

该职位的主要职责是：

? 监督分布在制造车间的当地检验团队成员，以确保所有容器都：

o 根据检验和测试计划（ITP）和容器特定检查清单以及批准的施工文件进行制造、检查和测试

o 按照容器图纸 WPS/PQR 上描述的结构材料、尺寸、焊接和公差制造

o 如果在制造方法或装配中发现任何重大或严重的偏差，请向工厂发出不合格报告(NCR)

o 根据表面保护和包装技术说明准备装运

? 与车间管理部门保持联系，以确保车间雇用的检查员的表现符合预期

? 当发现可制造性问题时，向QC经理、全球质量经理、项目经理和关键产品专家发出警报，以便快速、合理地解决工程问题

? 确保定期将容器制造进度传达给项目经理

? 协助QC经理，全球质量经理建立质量一致性程序和流程

? 根据需要协助全球采购团队提供信息，以帮助他们报价和销售中国容器制造

? 据需要协助全球采购团队和全球物流经理提供信息，以帮助他们将装配式容器运送到目的地

教育背景和经验

? 机械工程学位或同等学历

? 约5年工艺压力容器制造经验，特别是ASME U印章、PED认证

知识、技能和能力

? 对工艺容器、ASME规范有很强的技术熟悉程度

面试安排：

共计两轮。初次面试安排在无锡设备厂由本地质检经理进行专业知识和技能面试。

初试通过后，至上海办公室由HR和公司管理层进行第二轮通用能力复试。

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the OFO Division Global Operations team, your role will be to assure the quality of all proprietary vessels being fabricated at sub-contract workshops in PR China up to shipment, and to keep project managers around the world aware of vessel fabrication progress.

Primary responsibilities of the position are:

? Supervise the local inspection team members spread across the fabrication workshops to assure all vessels are:

o fabricated, inspected, and tested in accordance with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and vessel-specific inspection checklist and approved construction documents

o fabricated in conformance with materials of construction, dimensions, welding, and tolerances as described on the vessel drawings, WPS/PQR

o Issue Non-conformity reports (NCR) to shop if any significant or serious deviations are noticed in their fabrication methods or assembly

o prepared for shipment in accordance with Technical Notes for surface protection and packaging

? Laisse with workshop management to ensure the workshop-hired inspectors are performing to expectations

? Alert the QC Manager (DCH), Global Quality Manager, Project manager and key product expert when manufacturability issues are spotted for quick and sound engineering resolution

? Ensure that vessel fabrication progress is regularly communicated to the project managers

? Assist the QC Manager (DCN), Global Quality Manager with building quality conformance procedures and processes

? Assist the Global Sourcing Team as required with information to aide them in quoting and selling China based vessel fabrication

? Assist the Global Sourcing Team and Global Logistics Manager as required with information to aide them in shipping the fabricated vessels to destination

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

? Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

? About 5 years of experience in process pressure vessel fabrication, especially ASME U stamp, PED certification

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

? Strong technical familiarity with process vessels, ASME Code

? Collaborator with high people skills

? Fluency in English language is necessary

? Sound knowledge of interpreting 2D orthographic vessel drawings

? Sound knowledge of welding inspection techniques

? Sound knowledge of materials of construction

? Effective written and verbal communication skills, must be able to write mails & reports in English

? High level of autonomy and organisation, self-driven attitude
