● Make clear and accurate inventory management for all devices/cables/accessories in service period

● Report to Airbus on weekly bases for progress

● Report to Airbus on deviation vs Airbus standards during service implementation, and only setup deviation with Airbus approval

● Onsite troubleshooting and support to end user following Installation Guide

-Update installation following the Guide Manually

-Troubleshooting and problem solving onsite at end user’s location (office)

-Escalate issue to Airbus which is not covered by installation Guide and training

● Maintain Security compliance on PC workstations

-Support security products installed on PC Master if missing

-Ensure security compliance level defined by Airbus can be reached

-Fix non-compliance PCs

● Comply with Airbus China SLA

● If due to the Irresistible cause lead to Project delay, need to negotiate between both parties
