What you will do:
Develop and implement sales and relationship management strategies to ensure profitable growth and meet company targets.
Establish the strategic business partnership with key corporate accounts with the strong influence to decision makers in the industry to strengthen and expand the total solution offerings.
Work with global account manager and drive sustained growth for the global customers.
Corporate with marketing to analyze market trends, competition and customer needs to support sales strategies.
Working closely with marketing and RD&E to drive the business retention and growth with current and potential corporate customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and above, 8+ years of Proven experiences & records in sales management in food and protein segment.
fluent in both written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strategic thinker with hands-on problem solving and action-oriented mindset/behavior.
Great team player and able to drive team results.
Proven track record of delivering sales and margin growth results through cross-functional teams.
Ability to understand, persuade and lead people of diverse backgrounds and affiliations.
Great communication with global team and interpersonal skills.
