1. Undertake R&D MALDI-TOF-MS testing method/ development or method verification and validation projects Make relevant work plans and put into practice.

2.Prepare, analyse and perform, preparation and testing of samples in a profession manner following correctly SOPs independently or if these are not available the directions given by supervisor then fill in timely relevant records.

能够独立地正确地按照标准操作程序规定的方式分析并执行样品的制备和检测，或不具备时按照组内负责人的指导操作，并及时填写相关记录。

3.Process reports on analyse within set timescale according to the appropriate standard independently. Maintain accurate legible records for all activities within the laboratory. Ensure the paper/electronic copies are kept securely according to laboratory procedures. Check data from other staff and correct any discrepancies that occur.

在规定的时限内，独立地以恰当的标准整理数据。维护确保实验过程中的原始记录清洗规范可溯源性。并确保按实验室程序妥善保存书面/电子文件。检查其他员工的检测数据，并纠正任何产生的不符合项。

4.Be able to maintain and monitor instruments report to the supervisor. Undertake equipment maintenance tasks assigned to them by the supervisor under their supervision or following their directions.

7.Responsible for conducting laboratory proficiency testing plan in the field

负责参与实验室能力验证相关测试 技术审核能力验证测试和结果上报。

8.Ensure proper quality control and quality procedures are followed.

确保执行了正确的质量控制流程并且遵循了正确的质量操作流程。

9.Evaluate and generate methods and recommend modifications as new procedures become available.

评价当前方法和作为新程序的推荐性的修改。

10.Monitor and manage the use of the consumables and make purchase plan for them.

协助组内负责人制定实验室消耗品采购计划，控制监督消耗品的使用。

11.Communicate with and seek guidance from the lab supervisor or project manager to meet laboratory targets.

12.Perform other related tasks as needed.
