项目采购工程师

1.Looking for new suppliers, analyze them, do the Audit and implementation.

寻找新供应商，并执行评估、审核和导入。

2.Execute the inquiry of the material, Implement item number maintenance and price release for materials.

执行物料的询比议价，落实物料的品号维护和价格发布。

3.Follow up and push sample tests, returning and recognition of new materials and completing contracts and payments.

跟进和推动新物料的打样、回样和承认和完成合同及付款。

4.Work with PDE and PMO to support new product development.

配合产品工程部和项目管理部完成新产品物料的开发。

5.Perform annual cost savings and price negotiations.

执行年度成本节约及价格谈判。

6.Perform supplier maintenance and optimization.

执行供应商的维护和优化。

7.Assisting the quality department to improve the quality.

协助质量部对来料不良的品质推动和改善。

8.Assist in other matters temporarily assigned by superiors.

协助上级领导临时交代的其它事项。

任职要求：

1.More than 3 years experience in purchasing electronic or mechanical products.

有3年以上电子或机械产品的采购经验。

2. Experience in supplier development and familiarity with daily workflow of purchasing；

具备供应商开发经验和熟悉采购日常工作流程；

3.Good English reading and writing skills, fluent in spoken English.

具备良好的英文听说读写能力，口语流利优先考虑；

4.Have good communication skills,Negotiation and organizational skills;

具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和组织能力;

5.Honest and trustworthy,conscientious,Have a certain ability to withstand pressure;

诚实可信，责任心强，具备一定的抗压能力。
