主要职责：

- 进行市场调研，识别行业趋势及客户需求。

- 与市场、产品管理、设计及工程团队合作，从概念到量产推动新产品开发。

- 制作原型、测试并优化产品设计，以确保质量及市场契合度。

- 提出创新想法，提升产品功能及用户体验。

- 开发和优化表面处理工艺，以提升产品质量、耐用性和一致性。

任职资格：

- 本科及以上学历，工程、制造技术或相关专业。

- 三年以上新产品开发、制造工艺改进或生产工程经验（消费品或玩具行业优先）。

- 具备生产自动化系统、模具开发或表面处理（喷涂、电镀、抛光等）经验。

- 拥有较强的分析及解决问题能力，具备持续改进的思维方式。

- 熟悉CAD或设计软件者优先，但该职位更注重生产与工艺能力。

- 具备良好的中英文沟通能力，能够与跨部门及跨地区团队高效协作。

- 有机会参与先进制造技术及工艺，助力产品创新与发展。

Department: New Product Development (NPD)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a technically skilled and innovative professional to join our Product Development team in China. As a New Product Development Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the design, development, and industrialization of new products and launching innovative products tailored to meet the needs of the dynamic Worldwide market. Additionally, candidates will have considerate advantage who have experience on production automation, surface finishing, and process optimization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product feasibility, manufacturability, and high-quality standards across all stages of development.

Key Responsibilities:

61 Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs in the market.

61 Collaborate with marketing, product management, design and engineering teams to develop new products from concept to launch.

61 Prototype, test, and refine product designs to ensure quality and market fit.

61 Contribute innovative ideas to enhance product functionality and user experience.

61 Develop and optimize surface finishing processes to improve product quality, durability, and consistency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field.

- 3+ years of experience in new product development, manufacturing process improvement, or production engineering — preferably in consumer products or toys.

- Proven experience in production automation systems, tooling development, or surface finishing (painting, coating, polishing, etc.).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

- Knowledge of CAD or design software is an advantage, but the role emphasizes production and process expertise rather than industrial design.

- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English; ability to work effectively across functions and regions.
