公用设施技术员（倒班）

-通过能源监控系统，并以之计算、监控、分析工厂内各区域日常能源消耗情况，根据生产计划制定并更新能源消耗预算

-Based on energy monitoring system to calculate, monitor, analyze daily energy consumption, responsible for setting up and timely updating energy consumption LBE according to production plan

-与各个能源用户保持畅通的联系，为各区域设定能源标准并定期回顾以提供能源利用率

-Have good connection with each energy and user, set up energy benchmark for each area and review energy consumption periodically to improve energy utilization.

-支持工厂的新工艺或新项目，并提供能源方面的数据支持

-Assist in new process or new project in the plant, and provide support related to energy data

-负责政府能源事务对接事务；

-Responsible for energy business with local government;

-负责ISO50001和UEX相关工作；

-Responsible for the business of ISO50001 and Abbott UEX working steam.

-引入新技术新设备，识别工厂内各种节能减排机会和项目并予以实施

-Introduce new technology or new equipment into plant, identify and energy saving or emission reduction opportunities in daily work, and carry out relevant improving project.

-负责能源监控metering系统的价差、校验，保证相关监控仪表能有效运行，满足能源监控的要秋

-Responsible for daily inspection/calibration for the instruments of energy metering system, assure all the monitoring instruments running well and meet the requirements or functions of energy monitoring
