CoE Operation Team Leader 操作团队主管

1. Supervise and provide mentorship to team who responsible for handling customer service/processing documentation/pre-sales/Equipment control etc.

2. Ensure the accurate and timely documents/handling query/presales/equipment control tasks.

3. Address escalated inquiries related to documentation discrepancies, operational delays, and other service-related/equipment-related issues, providing prompt resolution.

4. Liaise with different stakeholder to structure problem solving.

5. Monitor team performance (SLA) and align it with internal KPI

6. Provide regular feedback and coaching to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and unwavering adherence to regulatory compliance standards.

7. Collaborate with the Operation Manager to develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on documentation best practices and regulatory updates.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree

2. Fluent language on EN or KR or JP

3. 10 years of experience in marine agency or shipping back office related process or shared service with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.

4. Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address escalated documentation and operational issues.

5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage both internal teams and external stakeholders
