Project Team Supervisor

-Implement project plans, coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, ensure consistency between technical specifications and project requirements, and coordinate supplier product software and hardware iterations and functional upgrades based on market feedback.

-Monitor project progress, promptly resolve technical and management issues, and ensure that products meet company standards.

Job requirements:

1. Master or Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering and Automation, or related disciplines with experience in this field

2. CET-6, fluent in reading and writing.

3. Responsible, proactive, and capable of learning and multitasking.

4. Have a good experience in household appliance (e.g. vacuum cleaner, hard floor cleaner, cordless floor vacuum cleaner, cordless mites vacuum cleaner and cordless steam vacuum cleaner etc.),

5. At least 3 years leadership experience

6. Independent and goal-oriented working habit

7. Ability to problem-solving, proactive thinking and acting

8. Very good organizational and communication skills

9. Be very familiar with basic software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
