Responsible for new product planning and approval activities.

负责新产品的计划和审核

Interfaces with customers regarding technical inquiry and issues, especially for product spec and new product qualification related affairs.

处理客户技术咨询及相关问题解答，特别是产品规格及新产品认证相关的事项。

Responsible for new customer qualification and new request implementation, working with other department and oversea team including engineering, manufacturing and quality to define suitable process and production flow to achieve customer’s requirement, analyzes post-shipping data and define actions to improve.

负责新客户认证及新要求的执行，与其他部门及海外团队合作（包含工程、生产、质量）确定合适的生产工艺及生产流程以达到客户的要求，分析发货后的数据并确定改进措施。

Response for customer template creation and maintenance.

负责客户模板建立及维护。

Knowledge / Experience专业知识及经验:

· Basic understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes

对工程原理，制造工艺有一定了解

· University or above degree in Engineering or related field.

本科及以上学历，电子信息或光学工程相关专业毕业。

· Strong skills for customer communication

客户沟通能力强。
