Your responsibilities

* Act as a subject matter expert for specific products or product lines,

providing technical guidance, product demonstrations, and sales support to

internal teams and external stakeholders.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and

customer service to develop product positioning strategies, marketing

materials, and sales tools.

* Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs,

competitive landscape, and product improvement opportunities.

* Serve as a liaison between R&D, sales, and marketing teams and suppliers to

ensure alignment on product development priorities, timelines, and objectives.

* Develop and read technical documentation and able to drive meetings and

technical discussions in Chinese language.

* Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of R&D projects to ensure they

are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

* Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with

key stakeholders and project teams.

* Develop project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies

to mitigate potential obstacles and ensure project success.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, track

progress, and resolve issues or conflicts as they arise.

* Manages the technical specification of product assigned and supports the

Product Manager in developing the business case for offering developments.

* Provides sales support, participates in customer meetings on request.

* Ensures appropriate training material is available for use both internally

and externally.

* Supports marketing programs.

* Identifying new area of development or enhancements and creating.

Your background

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred.

* Proven experience in product management, technical sales, or R&D within the

UPS industry.

* Strong project management skills with proficiency in project planning,

scheduling, and resource management.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts

into actionable insights and strategies.

* Experience in project management tools and software such as Microsoft

Project, Jira, NORRD, Planisware.

* Minimum 10 years in R&D or engineering and project management.

* Previous experience in electric (High, Medium Low Voltage Products and

Systems) and Automation industry.

* Previous experience in UPS industry.

* Ability to influence the organization on the strategic direction of the

business, and drive tangible and concrete actions to ensure progress.

* Strong executive level presentation and communications skills.

* Superior business acumen and analytical skills & Global mindset.

* Fluent in English and Chinese.
