业务跟单员

1、Support all of the sourcing and buying activities of assigned category, work with sourcing managers.

2、Manage to source, cost comparison and price negotiation with suppliers.

3、Maintain daily communication with suppliers, vendor and other departments within the company to ensure the process run smoothly and product development timelines are met.

4、Ensure the product meet quality standard and customer’s expectations.

5、Coordinate with product development teams and factories to ensure that the new products are developed with customer requirements and are able to be manufactured within given timeline.

6、Handle sample process, including creating samples, organizing and managing incoming and outgoing samples, as well as coordinating sample reviews and approvals.

7、Record, document, and create all sample and production information, include product specification, sample approvals.

8、To assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned and to provide support to manager.

Skills, Experience and Education

1、2-5 year work experience, experience with trading/plush/home decoration/gardening related industry will be an advantage

2、Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English

3、Able to work in fast-paced environment.

4、Well organized, detail orientated.
