-IJS contract creation and Job order creation.

-EZDL/EZLL etc. update in DCS.

-IJS costs checking/IPV variance submitting, IPV completion.

-EQ and depot service monitoring, empty container qty repo arrangement.

-TPC collection and depots costs payment checking.

-DND collection and terminals bills payment checking.

-Mother vessel operations, TOS/SHS costs checking.

-Assist OPM to handle OP issue.

Required Competency:

-College graduate or above, major in Shipping/transportation is preferred.

-Good command of English.

-3 years working experience in Liner/Freight Forwarding/Logistics is preferred.

Familiar with MS software include WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT

-Good communication with clients/vendors, willing to serve clients, teamwork spirit.
