职位描述
Overall Purpose:
Manage and plan the maintenance of all production equipment. According to the requirements of aviation industry to ensure the normal operation of workshop production equipment and meet the production standards of aviation industry. The main equipment includes: CNC lathes/boring machines/milling machines/grinders and other mechanical processing equipment; Heating equipment such as vacuum heating furnace/high-frequency local heat treatment/oven; CNC sand blowing/shot blasting equipment, manual/automatic sand blowing equipment, wet/dry shot blasting equipment, plasma spraying equipment, electroplating/cleaning lines, polishing machines and other surface treatment equipment, high-speed grinding machines, vertical/horizontal balancing machines, blade torque scales and other engine component assembly testing equipment; Special equipment such as cranes, forklifts, lifting platforms, and vertical lifting storage cabinets.
Position Responsibilities:
1 Do well the equipment management according to the equipment management procedure document.
2 When purchasing equipment, technical advice on the quality reliability and maintainability of new equipment.
3 Responsible for the installation and commissioning of equipment, organize relevant departments to complete equipment acceptance and maintenance training.
4 For the equipment included in TPM work plan, make maintenance plan and content according to equipment maintenance manual or operation manual and other documents.
5 According to TPM work plan, organize and coordinate equipment maintenance personnel to complete equipment periodic maintenance.
6 Guide the maintenance personnel to do a good job in daily inspection of equipment, find out problems in time and eliminate hidden dangers.
7 Responsible for equipment maintenance, timely make fault diagnosis, confirm maintenance plan and organize maintenance personnel to implement.
8 Guide the maintenance personnel to complete the equipment fault repair and maintenance work, train the maintenance personnel equipment maintenance knowledge and skills.
9 For damaged parts requiring external maintenance, contact OEM manufacturer or other maintenance service provider to agree on relevant matters of outsourcing maintenance plan, follow up and implement them comprehensively.
10 Manage the spare parts of equipment, submit the purchase application according to the consumption of spare parts in stock, and be responsible for the acceptance and storage of spare parts.
11 According to the status of the equipment, put forward suggestions or plans for equipment transformation and upgrading.
12 Contact the relevant management department of special equipment, and do a good job in the maintenance and management of special equipment according to relevant laws and regulations.
13 Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 5 years expperience in equipment maintenance field.
- Good at both written & spoken English.
- Familiar with the MS office applications.

岗位职责：
1 依据设备管理程序文件作好设备管理工作。
2 设备选购时，对新设备的质量可靠性，易维护性方面提出技术意见。
3 负责设备的安装调试，组织相关部门完成设备验收和维修培训工作。
4 对纳入TPM工作计划的设备，按设备保养手册或使用说明书等文件制订维护保养计划和方案。
5 依据TPM工作计划，组织和协调设备维修人员完成设备周期维护保养工作内容。
6 指导维修人员作好设备日常检查巡视工作，及时发现问题，消除隐患。
7 负责设备的维修工作，及时作出故障诊断，确认维修方案并组织维修人员实施。
8 指导维修人员完成设备的故障修复和维护保养工作，培训维修人员设备维修知识和技能。
9 对需要送外维修的受损件，联系OEM厂家或其他维修渠道，商定委外维修方案相关事宜并全面予以跟进落实。
10 作好设备备件管理工作，根据库存备件的消耗情况及时提交购买申请，并负责备件的验收和存放。
11 根据设备的运行使用状况，提出设备改造升级建议或方案。
12 联系特种设备相关管理部门，依据相关法规作好特种设备的维护和管理工作。
13 完成上级交代的其他工作事项。
基本任职要求:
- 本科及以上学历。
- 5年以上设备维护工作经验。
- 良好的英语读写能力。
- 熟悉MS Office办公软件。
