职位描述

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Polymer sourcing : Make sure polymer supply have enough resource and flexibility; Other material souring depends on circumstances;
2. Polymer category management: Make sure polymer category is sufficient and easy to track.
3. Monthly polymer marketing information updating and sharing;
4. Regula cost analyse and negotiate with supplier for better cost. Continue improvement to balance cost/quality;
5. Select / Evaluation / Approval supplier according to MOCOM procedure.
6. Supplier audit, Handling Quality notification;
7. Awareness of Quality risk / SCM risk / Compliance etc. Make risk assessment and contingency plan;
8. Work with production/Planning to exchange demand/forecast;
9. Cooperate with product innovation to find suitable polymer and promote project process;
10. Regular exchange with purchasing colleague (Local and global);
11. Cooperate with business line to make sure compounds with good cost and competition;
12. Others assigned by SCM manager;
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in SCM, international trade, polymer is preferred;
2. 3-8 years working experience in procurement or category management; Polymer is preferred;
3. Familiar with procurement or category management processes:
4. Familiar with polymer testing / evaluation / material compliance / material compliant;
5. Good supplier negotiation and management skill;
6. Fluent English communication, CET-6 or above;
7. ERP systems Experience is preferred(SAP, or other ERP), familiar with MS OFFICE;
8. Positive and open mind , proactive cross-departmental communication and collaboration, Passion and capable of withstanding pressure;
9. Good logical thinking; data sensitivity; strong data analysis skills;
