SSMR MR Process Engineer 工艺工程师

Mission:

-Responsible for gradient coil (GC) assembly process and body coil (BC) tube assembly process;

-Technologic support for MR Gradient coil production, process monitor according to quality system and product plans.

-Steering, controlling and coaching the definition, development and implementation of MR production process.

-Transferring design from PLM to production, troubleshooting during production and improving quality of products, process optimation.

Responsibilities:

Steer the definition, development and implementation of production processes

Transfer design from R&D to production (New project and Change Request)

研发设计导入(新产品和新修改)

Implement new production technologies regarding PE

应用新的生产技术

Develop and maintain production documentation (DMR, Master plan, FMEA etc.)

开发和维护生产文件

Develop and manage tooling, equipment and new technology

开发和管理生产工具,设备,新技术用于生产

Control the rework of failed components

掌控返修件

Map production layout (working area)

生产区域布局规划

Qualifications and Experiences:

Master/Bachelor degree for science or technology education, major in Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering etc.

理工科硕士或本科学历，专业为机械，自动化或机电一体化等

Experience in process engineering or development is preferred

工艺开发或者研发经历者优先

Familiar with engineering tooling such as UG, Ansys etc.

熟悉工程软件工具

General ability to cooperate with worldwide partners
